I have been doing business with Planet Net for several years. During that time I have worked closely with the staff on the development of two websites. They have been incredibly accessible during the design process so that my needs would be met. Even when small problems did present themselves, they were worked out very quickly. I now feel like I have a website that is very current with today’s standards and my business has grown accordingly.
Whenever problems do occur, which is infrequent, I can submit a trouble ticket that is acknowledged almost immediately. I have never had to go shopping for a lower price either for hosting services or web development.
